Summary
This new series will feature the standout talent from series one, Adam Liaw. With Adam in a solo presenting role, Destination Flavour Japan will cover the entire length of Japan from north to south <U+0150> starting in the snowy mountains of Hokkaido and finishing in the tropical islands of Okinawa. Adam lived in Japan for seven years working as a lawyer and is fluent in Japanese. There he also met and married his Japanese wife, Asami Fujitsuka. It<U+0146>s basically his second home so he can provide a true insider<U+0146>s perspective into Japan<U+0146>s rich culture, the weird and the wonderful, and everything in between. More of a food documentary than a <U+0147>cooking show<U+0148>, he<U+0146>ll visit places that are off the beaten path and get to know the food, places, people and cultural history that make Japan such a fascinating place
