Summary
The adventure is over but life goes on for an elf mage just beginning to learn what living is all about. Elf mage Frieren and her courageous fellow adventurers have defeated the Demon King and brought peace to the land. But Frieren will long outlive the rest of her former party. How will she come to understand what life means to the people around her? Frieren and Fern have entered the highly competitive first-class mage exam, but find themselves on different teams. Capturing a rare bird is required to pass, and everyone soon realizes that there is more at stake than simply success or failure. The clash of personalities among team members makes things difficult enough. But for some of the examinees, the test could be a matter of life and death..
