Summary
When Judi Westerholme finds out her estranged brother Andy has been murdered, she assumes it's connected to his long-term drug addiction. She hasn't seen him in years, and now he's dead. Returning to Melbourne, she's shocked to discover he had been clean for some time, leading a respectable life with his own house, a wife - now missing - and a two-year-old daughter, Mia. But if he had turned his life around, why was he killed in a drug-deal shooting? And where is his wife? To Judi's dismay, she is expected to take on the care of Mia. Desperate to know what really happened, Judi sets out to uncover the truth, even though it means confronting her own traumatic past. But she soon realises that she's not the only one looking for answers..
