Summary
In early December 1980, the hastily concealed skeletal remains of three female murder victims were uncovered in bushland in Tynong North, a rural area south-east of Melbourne. These murder victims had all disappeared in broad daylight several months earlier while making their way to public transport stops in Melbourne's south-east. These murders were soon linked to two other disappearances in the outer south-east beachside suburb of Frankston, before their decomposing bodies were found dumped in scrubland next to busy roads in the same area. The body of another missing woman was later uncovered near the Tynong North burial site and at least one other murder has been linked to these crimes. Forty years after these murder we still have no answers and one of Australia's worst serial killers has never been apprehended. In this book Williams revives the stories of victims who were harmlessly going about their everyday lives when they were snatched off the street and brutally murdered
