Summary
On her 18th birthday, Clary Fray (Katherine McNamara) discovers that she comes from a long line of Shadowhunters, human-angel hybrids responsible for hunting demons. Things take a turn for the worse, however, when Jocelyn (Maxim Roy), Clary's mum, gets kidnapped by a group of rogue Shadowhunters known as The Circle, who are led by Valentine (Alan van Sprang), Jocelyn's former husband. Now, Clary must trust the enigmatic Jace (Dominic Sherwood) and his fellow Shadowhunters, Isabelle (Emeraude Toubia) and Alec (Matthew Daddario). Together, the group dive into a world full of vampires, warlocks and faeries, as Clary searches for her lost mother
